CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENTPUBLIC OFFER
This document is a public agreement (offer) in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and regulates the relationship between by the seller and any buyer who purchases goods on the website https://vesela-raiduga.com.ua

1.2. This agreement is a public offer and defines the terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods on the website https://vesela-raiduga.com.ua.
1.3. Placing an order means that the buyer fully agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. Subject of the agreement2.1. The seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
3. Ordering procedure3.1. The buyer selects the goods, adds them to the basket, enters their contact details and delivery address.3.2. After confirming the order, the Seller ships it within 1–2 business days.
4. Payment4.1. Payment must be made in full through the WeyForPay payment system. 4.2. Prices are listed in hryvnia and include all taxes.
5. Delivery5.1. Delivery is carried out through Nova Poshta.5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery service.
6. Returns and exchanges6.1. Goods sold on the website are not subject to return. (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994).
7. Final provisions7.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the offer without prior notice.7.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
